CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – Hamilton County Commissioners voted Dec. 11 to sell the historic Alms & Doepke building at 222 E. Central Parkway to two developers, who plan to convert it to apartments.
Stough Development Corp., in partnership with Chavez Properties, will buy the building for $12.1 million.
The developers plan workforce and market-rate housing, with 150 residential units, two-thirds of which will be workforce housing, estimated by the county as being affordable to 80% to 120% of the area median income.
