LYNCHBURG, Va. (WDBJ) – Two people have been charged following a hit-and-run that sent one person to a hospital November 28, 2025.
The Lynchburg Police Department announced on Tuesday, December 16, 32-year-old James Prival of Fayetteville, N.C. and 72-year-old Alice Prival of Hurt were charged in connection to a hit-and-run in the 3900 block of Wards Rd.
James was charged with:
- Unlawful wounding
- Hit-and-Run with injuries
Alice was charged with:
- Obstruction of justice
- Hit-and-Run with injuries-passenger failure to report
Police say the two are related, but have not disclosed the relationship…
