HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — A Department of Defense employee pleaded guilty to taking classified government documents from the Missile Defense Agency without authorization on Wednesday, court records show.
Ewa Maria Ciszak is charged with removing and retaining classified documents/materials from her office and taking them home to store in her house and vehicle between January 2025 and June 2025.
A plea agreement filed in the North Alabama District Court on Wednesday shows Ciszak agreed to plead guilty to that charge. The maximum possible sentence for this crime is up to 5 years…
