‘I decided to be part of the solution’: Decatur funds reentry program to combat opioid addiction

DECATUR, Ala. (WAFF) – Decatur city leaders are using opioid grant money for good.

On Monday, city leaders presented Victoria Bell with a check. She’s the head of Victorious Reentry Program, which aims to get recently incarcerated men back into the community.

Victoria says she helps feed, clothe, and teach these men how to be productive members of society. She says drug addiction and alcoholism can impact anyone, and she just wanted to help…
