The Petroleum and Convenience Marketers Association of Alabama, P&CMA, announced its endorsement Monday of Wes Allen in his campaign to become Alabama’s next lieutenant governor.
P&CMA, which represents hundreds of small business owners in the state’s petroleum and convenience marketing industry, complimented Allen’s strong pro-small business record and advocacy for job creation during his time in the legislature and as Alabama’s secretary of state.
“Wes Allen has proven time and time again that he is a leader that gets results,” Rex Jones, chairman of the P&CMA Board of Directors, said. “It is vital to elect public servants who are able to tackle complex problems head on and stand firm to promote economic development and protect Alabama’s energy sector while fighting for the small businesses that serve as our state’s economic engine.”…
