A 40-year-old man died Monday following a shooting in the parking lot of a pool hall, Chesapeake police said Tuesday.
Around 6:55 p.m., officers responded to 1125 S. Military Highway. Kelvin Earl Smith was found shot dead in a parking lot near Longshots Billiards & Darts, according to Chesapeake police. Smith’s death was connected to a domestic incident — there is no ongoing threat to the public.
