RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Richmond Mayor Danny Avula recently announced the release of an affordable housing plan for the city in January 2026.
Avula will be formally introducing the plan in mid-January, featuring what he referred to as a “comprehensive Affordable Housing Strategy” utilizing a “multi-tool approach,” per a Monday, Dec. 15 release.
