Carrington Golf Club, which sits less than an hour south of the Detroit city limits, is for sale.
The 162-acre, 18-hole course is at 911 Saint James Park Ave. in Monroe Charter Township, inside the Carrington subdivision. The golf course was recently listed for sale by Wiens and Roth Real Estate of Lambertville for $2.5 million.
