BEAUFORT COUNTY, SC (WTOC) – The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly crash involving a pedestrian in Beaufort County.
Troopers say around 8:45 Monday night, a 2019 Ford F-350 was traveling south on U.S. 21 (Lady’s Island Drive). The vehicle struck a pedestrian around near Rue Du Bois.
