JACKSON — The Salvation Army of the Jackson metro area will distribute Christmas gifts Thursday to thousands of children and seniors through its annual Angel Tree program, officials said.
The Angel Tree Distribution is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 1187 E. County Line Road, the former Academy Sports building. The event is open to families and seniors who registered earlier this season, and organizers are calling it “the OG of Christmas Giving.”
