KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – A man was found dead inside a vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds Tuesday morning, just after 8:30 a.m., after officers responded to ShotSpotter activations at 40th and Brooklyn Avenue.
ShotSpotter is a gunshot sensor system placed around the city to detect and alert police of possible gunfire.
Officers were dispatched on December 16, just before 8 a.m., on two separate calls for reported ShotSpotter activations. Upon arrival, they canvassed the area for victims or property damage from potential gunfire…
