Parents in Minnesota have felt the impact of rising child care costs, and the increase is linked, at least in part, to an industrywide shift.
There’s been a major decline in in-home child care options, as more expensive childcare centers have rapidly expanded, according to a recent report from the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis.
