At a meeting of the Board of Public Health Madison and Dane County on Friday, the body heard a proposal for a $2.4 million contract that would establish a three year construction plan for a harm reduction clinic on 1765 Thierer Rd.
The proposed contract would pay CAYA Clinic to operate a drop-in center that would offer a safe environment to address immediate health risks such as overdoses.
