Family who moved to Utah for daughter’s medical needs required to move amid mold in apartment

SANDY, Utah (ABC4) — A Sandy family who moved to Utah after their daughter was paralyzed by a stray bullet is now being asked to vacate their apartment after black mold was found, with no alternative housing options.

About two years ago, Porshia Ransey and her family had a tough decision to make, after their then 6-year-old daughter Draya was struck by a stray bullet while she was inside their Las Vegas home.
