STK, known for its high-energy atmosphere and premium cuts of meat, closed its two-story Scottsdale Waterfront restaurant this summer. But the elevated steakhouse chain is far from leaving the Valley.
The restaurant reopened in Scottsdale a few blocks away in November, and a new location is set to make its downtown Phoenix debut in 2026.
