Two men and a woman, all from Eugene, were arrested Friday, Dec. 12, in connection with the October shooting of a man during a reported home invasion robbery in Keizer.
Police in Keizer, about 70 miles north of Eugene, on Sunday announced the arrests of 20-year-old Daniel Tijerina, 20-year-old Romeo Luna and 19-year-old Franki Salyers-Livingston on suspicion of attempted murder, first-degree robbery and other charges.
Keizer police said “evidence gathering and surveillance operations in multiple counties” led detectives to Eugene, where officers — assisted by Salem police and Eugene police’s SWAT team — made the arrests Friday and also executed search warrants at “multiple locations.” One firearm was seized, police said…
