WALKER COUNTY, Ala. (WBRC) – After investigating all possible leads, the Walker County Sheriff’s Office asked for the public’s assistance in locating a missing man. The man was found on Tuesday, Dec. 16 in Birmingham, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
While investigators say he had no permanent residence, Eric Rashad Townsend was known to stay within the Carbon Hill area in west Walker County. His most recent known places to stay included the areas of Dogtown Road and Carbon Hill-Nauvoo Road.
Through the course of their investigation, officials were able to track his most recent locations.
Townsend was arrested and posted bail on Oct. 16 with documented contact with the Jasper Police Department a day later…
