Two teenagers have been arrested and charged in connection to a shooting in Norristown that killed a 19-year-old back in November, according to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office.
The shooting happened just after 6 p.m. on Nov. 30 o the 1000 block of Powell Street, police said.
When officers got to the scene, they found 19-year-old Hamid Boyd suffering from gunshot wounds and took him to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead, according to police…
