AUGUSTA, Ga. (WRDW/WAGT) – Authorities say two men opened fire on a Hanukkah celebration at Bondi Beach in Australia, killing at least 15 people and injuring another 42.
Many of the injured remain in critical condition.
Australian Federal Police believe the attack was inspired by the Islamic State group. The incident has prompted increased security at local Hanukkah events as the Jewish community processes the violence.
