Cleveland Heights funds redesign of ‘Where’s My Guardrail?’ intersection

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio (WOIO) – John Gall started with a sign that read, “Where’s My Guardrail?” in his front yard after a car hit his house.

As several more cars racing down South Taylor hit Gall’s house where the road dead ends at Fairmount, more signs followed.

Then, eventually, a castle wall made of snow to remind the city of the problem…
