DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — The trial for the alleged second shooter in the 2024 murder of a sleeping 12-year-old girl began Monday with jury selection and opening arguments.
Javen Conner, 21, is accused of being one of the shooters who fired three dozen rounds into three homes on West Fairview Avenue in August 2024.
One of those bullets struck Isabella Carlos, 12, who was asleep in her bed.
