Evansville man gets 3 years for shooting into occupied building

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — A man connected to a shots fired case from February in Evansville entered a plea agreement and was sentenced on Tuesday.

According to court records, Xairus Hardin was sentenced to a term of three years in the Indiana Department of Corrections after a plea of guilty on Criminal Recklessness – Shooting Firearm into Inhabited Building and a plea by agreement for Intimidation – Where def. draws or uses deadly weapon.
