Residents in the neighborhood near Clinton Highway were put on alert earlier this week as Rural Metro Fire crews responded to a major house fire on the area’s outskirts. The fire broke out at a mobile home on Wade Daniel’s Lane, a distressing afternoon event that fortunately did not result in human injury. According to a social media post by Rural Metro Fire – Knox County, the blaze was reported around 12:15 pm and upon arrival, the crew found the center of the structure engulfed in flames.
