NICHOLASVILLE, Ky. (FOX 56) — A Jessamine County substitute teacher is facing charges after an “incident’ that occurred in a West Jessamine Middle School classroom.
According to Nicholasville police, officers were made aware of an “incident” involving a substitute teacher and a student. The involved parties tell FOX 56 it happened on November 21.

An investigation was initiated, and authorities have subsequently filed charges. Public Information Officer Sam Wade said that Dale Dragomir has been charged with harassment with contact.
In a statement to FOX 56, Superintendent Sara Crum affirmed that the safety and well-being of its students remains the district’s priority.
