Syracuse, NY — The State University of New York is opening a new program to train licensed practical nurses in a Syracuse neighborhood poised for rapid transformation.
The statewide university system will spend $270,000 to add a practical nursing program to the Syracuse Educational Opportunity Center, located near the evolving East Adams Neighborhood.
