TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A local woman is speaking out about addiction after losing her father to an overdose. She says the stigma of drug use labeled them the black sheep of the family.
She wants to stay anonymous. We’ll call her Rhonda. She says she and her father were viewed as the ones who didn’t quite fit in.
