A Stevenson Ranch man has been identified as the person killed in a fatal crash on Highway 101 earlier this month.
Scott Kim, 25, of Stevenson Ranch, has been identified by the Santa Barbara County Coroner’s Office.
At around 3:16 a.m. on Dec. 4, California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers responded to the scene of a solo-vehicle traffic collision on the southbound Highway 101, just south of Dos Pueblos Road, according to Officer Jonathan Gutierrez, a spokesperson for the CHP Santa Barbara area office.
