Sugar Land is ending a more than decade-long pause on new apartment development with a major luxury multifamily community.
Houston-based Morgan and global investment firm Carlyle officially broke ground on Pearl Lake Pointe, a 376-unit luxury multifamily community at 16435 Creekbend Drive. It is the first multifamily site in the city to receive entitlements since 2012, according to Realty News Report.
