SAN ANTONIO — A teen has died after police say a gun accidentally went off in an apartment on the city’s West Side.
Officers were called around 1:45 p.m. Monday for reports of a shooting at an apartment complex near the corner of West Sunshine Drive and Bloomfield Drive.
