LANE COUNTY, Ore. — At 4 p.m. on December 15, Lane County Sheriff’s deputies responded with medical personnel to a two-vehicle crash on E. 30th Avenue near Gonyea Road, east of Eugene.
The driver of one vehicle was non-responsive. Before emergency responders arrived, bystanders broke a window on the vehicle and pulled the driver out to attempt life-saving measures, including CPR.
The driver was transported to an area hospital, but later died…
