BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for help in identifying a suspect who stole a tricycle on Stockdale Highway.
The incident happened on Sept. 11, 2025, when a 2025 Mooncool metallic red electric adult tricycle was stolen in the 5600 block of Stockdale Highway.
The suspect, who is said to be homeless, is described as mid-to-late 30s, 5’5″ tall, slim build, brown hair, brown eyes, and has a “Santa Cruz” tattoo on his cheek. He possibly goes by “Giovanni.”…
