FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) – The City of Fort Wayne shared a housing study by Zimmerman/Volk Associates on Wednesday, showing a demand for apartments in the downtown area.
Zimmerman/Volk, which specializes in residential market studies, presented a 2025 study as well as housing market potential studies for downtown Fort Wayne in 2014 and 2021.
