NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – The Tennessee Disability Coalition issued the state its first-ever “incomplete” grade for progress in helping constituents with disabilities, citing federal cuts and uncertainty about future funding.
The coalition evaluates Tennessee annually across categories, including healthcare access, education, and housing. This year, the state failed to receive a grade above a C in any category.
“They’re failing across every single dimension,” Lindsay Lee said.
