HORRY COUNTY, S.C. (WPDE) — A man was arrested for a knife assault at a motel on Ocean Boulevard, according to incident reports.
Raynard Alpheus Cain, 50, was charged with assault of a high and aggravated nature and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
