Imperial 41 drew construction partners, Bonita Springs city officials and residents to downtown Bonita to celebrate the recent kickoff of construction for the new mixed-used development.
Barron Collier Companies and CAPREIT partnered to bring Imperial 41, a mixed-use development, to downtown Bonita Springs. Residents, commercial offerings and public spaces are to bring the property that has been vacant for 20 years back to life, officials said.
The project is a public-private partnership between the companies and the City of Bonita Springs.
Imperial 41 includes two buildings and spans the Imperial River. The development will feature 120 modern apartment homes and 19,000 square feet of commercial space.
