Salvation Army asks for community support after weather slows donations in Cedar Rapids

CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – The Salvation Army of Cedar Rapids is asking for community support after winter weather has impacted the Red Kettle Campaign.

Capt. Marty Norris says recent winter conditions have made it difficult to upkeep donations.
