WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Wichita police arrested a 30-year-old man Tuesday after a toddler was found unresponsive.
It happened at a home near 55th Street South and Seneca Street, where officers were called to help emergency medical services.
Inside, officers found the unresponsive child. The 1-year-old was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition.
