WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – The City of Salina has reached an agreement with the Kansas Justice Institute, which represents The Cozy Inn hamburger restaurant.
On Tuesday, the City Commission voted unanimously to authorize an appeal in its lawsuit with The Cozy Inn over an incomplete mural.
While the appeal is under review, The Cozy Inn will be allowed to finish the mural, with the understanding that changes may be required…
