BOISE, Idaho (CBS2) — The Boise Police Department reports police began investigating a report involving the theft of a business account credit card earlier this month.
It was reported that an unknown person entered stores and made several fraudulent charges using the stolen card. Following an investigation, evidence indicates that the disputed charges occurred over a month, between October and November, and involved dozens of unauthorized transactions.
Boise Police Community Service Officers and Property Crimes Detectives investigated and identified the suspect as 38-year-old Ryan Moore. After further investigation, Moore was arrested on 13 counts of felony burglary and 13 counts of felony grand theft…
