Sioux Falls, SD (KELO.com) — Some hopeful signs for the Sioux Falls City budget as we near year-end. Sales tax receipts are still below budget projects but they’re improving. The big news comes from construction. Housing construction is slower than last year, but City Finance Director Shawn Pritchett says commercial building has gone through the roof.
