CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – The 25-year-old man accused of shooting and killing 27-year-old Benjamin McComas at a Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (GCRTA) rapid station was in court Wednesday morning.
Donnie Allen, 25, was arraigned in the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court, and his bond was set at $1 million.
The shooting on Sunday, Dec. 14, at the Puritas-W. 150th Rapid Station in the 4200 block of W. 150th St.
