CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) – According to Subodh Chandra, attorney for Samaria Rice, the mother of Tamir Rice, two West Virginia communities have hired former Cleveland Police Officer Timothy Loehman.
Dragline, an ACLU of West Virginia publication, reported that Loehmann was recently hired by the Snowshoe Resort Community District and the Gilmer County Sheriff’s Office.
Loemann shot Tamir Rice on Nov. 22, 2014, while playing with a pellet gun outside of the Cudell Recreation Center.
Loehmann wasn’t charged for the shooting and was cleared by both a Cuyahoga County grand jury and Cleveland’s Critical Incident Review Commission. He lost his job with the Cleveland Police for lying on his application…
