COLUMBUS, GA (WRBL) — Goodwill of the Southern Rivers raised $35,000 to help veterans overcome the battle with PTSD with golf being at the forefront of recovery.
“Golf actually is a magic medicine for veterans, for active-duty people. Many of them are dealing with depression, PTSD, things like that.” said Jim Arendt, Director of Golf for the city of Columbus.
