KENDALL, Mich. — A man accused of throwing homemade pipe bombs at law enforcement during a standoff in Van Buren County was already wanted on a felony arrest warrant in neighboring St. Joseph County, prosecutors say.
Morgan Scott Parish is currently on trial in Van Buren County on 18 felony charges, including terrorism-related offenses, stemming from a July 2025 armed standoff in which authorities say he detonated explosive devices as officers attempted to take him into custody.
