Brighton, N.Y. — A milestone was achieved in strengthening the local emergency response workforce on Tuesday, as nearly 100 students graduated from their emergency medical technician courses at Monroe Community College.
The graduates will now be able to complete the New York state certification exam and will then be eligible to join EMS agencies throughout the region.
