EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso Electric donated $5,000 worth of winter blankets to families in the Sparks and Agua Dulce communities on Wednesday.
On Wednesday morning, volunteers distributed the blankets at Sparks Park and Agua Dulce Park as residents drove up and received their blanket.
