LUBBOCK, Texas— Eighteen-year-old Daniel Moreno was arrested and indicted on Wednesday for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon, relating to a shooting incident from October 2025.
Court documents obtained by EverythingLubbock.com detail that the incident arose from an argument involving the victim’s “baby daddy” in the 2400 block of 44th Street. According to these documents, one individual displayed a gun to the victim and threatened to shoot another party involved in the dispute.
