Damage to a Boise bridge cost thousands. Police don’t know who did it

Four months after alleged vandals caused thousands of dollars in damage to a Boise bridge, Boise Police say they still don’t know who did it.

As BoiseDev reported in August, damage done to two railings along the West Parkcenter Bridge in Boise caused one railing to fall into the Boise River, concrete damage on the bridge structure, and the closure of the east side of the bridge.

As BoiseDev reported, at the time BPD said evidence surrounding the railing damage indicated that “unknown suspects” forced the railings off their mounts, possibly to jump into the river. BPD also learned that suspects were seen damaging the same railings the day before…
