SPARKS, Nev. (KOLO) – The Sparks City Attorney’s Office sentenced Markus Sayles to 46 days in Washoe County Jail for domestic violence in the presence of a child, according to a Wednesday, Dec. 17, agency Facebook post.
He will serve time consecutive to his domestic battery, first offense, conviction.
For that, Sayles was sentenced to 180 days in Washoe County Jail suspended for two years on the condition he serve two days in the Washoe County Jail, complete 48 hours of community service, pay a $200 fine and a $35 domestic violence fee, complete 26 weeks of domestic violence counseling, and obey the law, the post said…
