NORRISTOWN — A Lansdale woman has lost her bid to withdraw her no contest plea and to vacate her probationary sentence on charges she threatened to “shoot up” North Penn High School during a disturbance.
Montgomery County Judge Thomas M. DelRicci, in a one page order, denied Cieria Alexis Wynder’s petition to withdraw the plea that she entered on Nov. 13. The judge did not elaborate on his reasons for denying Wynder’s request and wouldn’t have to write an opinion unless Wynder decides to appeal his decision to the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
